3. Booking and Appointments

• Service Schedule: Our standard service hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday services are not available.

• Access Requirements: Clients must provide safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Price Changes: ECOSHINE PRO reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Recurring service clients will receive 30 days notice of any price changes.

• Additional Charges: Additional fees may apply for excessive mess, hoarding conditions, pet cleanup, or services beyond the original scope.

• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid fees.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in a full cancellation charge.
